Refunds will only be accepted where the item is fundamentally not as described. If a refund is accepted, the item must be returned at the buyer's expense (postage and handling).
Refunds will be processed in accordance with PayPal policies regarding timeframes and refund component.
Refunds will not be processed until the item is returned to, and received by, Sprue2U.
The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent.
Sprue2U is not responsible for any damage that has occurred in transit. Pictures of the item are provided at the point of sale, and the item will be packed carefully.
Sprue2U will detail the condition of the item at the point of sale - if parts are missing, or there is any pre-existing damage, this will be included in the item description.
Postage Statements for Sprue2U Listings
All parts come in a heat-sealed bag and will either be wrapped in bubble- wrap and boxed, or placed into a padded envelope, and mailed via AusPost with tracking.
Combined postage may be available* (if not automatically applied at checkout) and should be arranged with Sprue2U prior to purchase.
