Refunds will only be accepted where the item is fundamentally not as described. If a refund is accepted, the item must be returned at the buyer's expense (postage and handling).
Refunds will be processed in accordance with Paypal policies regarding timeframes and refund component.
Refunds will not be processed until the item is returned to, and received by, Sprue2U.
Sprue2U is not responsible for any damage that has occurred in transit. Pictures of the item are provided at the point of sale and the item will be packed carefully.
